Welcome! I am a dedicated therapist with a strong commitment to supporting others on their unique journeys of life in a safe and compassionate environment. We all have a story to share and my goal is to meet clients where they are with warmth and connection.

I love working with a wide range of populations, including children, teens, adults and families. I take a client-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach and utilize a variety of modalities, including play therapy, and CBT most commonly.

I am passionate about supporting clients on their life journeys, navigating the difficult or unexpected situations they face to help empower them to feel better equipped to handle what they are experiencing.
