I am a resident in counseling at our Arlington clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I have experience working with young adults and college students with varying concerns. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University and recently completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at James Madison University. I enjoy working with clients on concerns related to anxiety, depression, body image, disordered eating, intimate relationships, adjustment concerns, sexuality, sexual violence and trauma. My approach to counseling is collaborative and I strive to provide a non-judgmental and accepting counseling environment. My goal as a counselor is to advocate, support and empower all clients. I integrate different counseling approaches and interventions into my work in order to help create a more personalized counseling experience. I am an eager and passionate counselor looking to help support and encourage growth with clients!
