Licensed Graduate Social Worker
Hi, I’m Charlotte, a licensed therapist in our Owen Brown, MD clinic who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and challenges related to emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationships. I also specialize in women’s issues and perinatal mental health, and I support clients through pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the emotional complexities that can come with these transitions.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you feel understood while also building the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with elements of DBT, ACT, and play/art therapy, allowing me to tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like yourself, you’re not alone. Whether you’re a parent seeking support, a young person navigating emotions, or adjusting to motherhood, I’m here to help. Together, we can help you feel more grounded, supported, and like yourself again.
