My ideal client is someone who values honesty, both with themselves and in our work together. They are a good fit for the services I provide, and someone I would genuinely enjoy collaborating with. Most importantly, they are someone who stands to benefit from the therapeutic process.

I focus on creating a trusting relationship where clients feel comfortable and safe to explore the reasons they’ve sought therapy. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, which have proven to be highly effective.

I believe in offering unconditional acceptance to everyone I work with. I follow the client’s lead, allowing them to set the pace of therapy without pressure to delve into topics they aren’t ready for. Together, we will create a process that aligns with your unique needs and goals.
