Claire Daigle, MSW

Master of Social Work

Hi, I’m Claire, a recent MSW graduate from UMB.

I offer therapy services at our Glen Burnie, MD clinic. I have experience supporting clients navigating addiction, depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, disordered eating, and general life stress. I work with teens ages 12+ and adults, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and respected.

My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, solution-focused, and somatic interventions to tailor treatment to each person’s needs. I focus on meeting you where you are, meaning we start with your current experiences and goals, and work collaboratively at a pace that feels manageable for you.

I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodivergent support, navigating depression and anxiety, and working with eating and body image concerns. I help clients build insight, coping skills, and lasting emotional change.

I want my clients to know they don’t need to have it all figured out or downplay their experiences, and you can show up as you are. Therapy is collaborative, guided by your story. I bring curiosity, respect, and support to help you notice patterns and make sense of things at your pace. Authenticity is both welcomed and encouraged here, without judgment.

Please note that when communicating with our intake team over the phone, all calls will start in English. Translation services will be offered once you connect with a member of our intake team.
