I am a clinician at our Annapolis, MD clinic who provides therapy services!

I want to assist children & youth who may feel unseen, unwanted or disconnected from others; feeling like I can’t seem to do anything right and not sure if life matters. These feelings may be expressed in anger, loneliness, social and/or emotional isolation, lack of motivation, confusion. I will be on their team providing guidance and direction to process through the demoralizing emotions and experiences to feel more socially and emotionally confident. We will develop strength and insight to navigate family, educational and social systems with courage and competence.

I create space where one is wanted and safe to express themselves. I use a strength/skill-based approach to develop strategies to overcome your obstacles. We set step by step goals & monitor progress. The client and I work as co-captains using individual therapy & family sessions. I consult with colleagues ensuring effective treatment.
