Danielle Branche-Brown, LCMFT

Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist | Trauma Therapist

I am a provider at our Glen Burnie clinic who provides therapy services!

I help clients navigate trauma, heal emotional wounds, and build fulfilling relationships through a holistic approach to talk therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, somatic healing, mindfulness, movement therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping).

Ways I Support Healing & Liberation:

Using CBT, I help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and develop new, empowering perspectives.
EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) supports deep emotional processing, allowing clients to work through unresolved feelings and create new emotional experiences.
Narrative Therapy helps clients reframe their personal stories, reclaim their identity, and step into their power.
Through somatic awareness, we work on safely processing trauma stored in the body.
Healing Relationships & Improving Communication

EFT & SFT provide tools to navigate emotional triggers, repair relationship wounds, and cultivate healthier connections.
I help clients identify attachment patterns, set boundaries, and express their needs clearly and confidently.
Whether healing from past relationship trauma or seeking to build intimacy, therapy creates space for relational growth.
Reconnecting with the Body & Emotions

Trauma often disconnects us from our bodies. Through movement therapy, somatic healing, and mindfulness, I help clients restore that connection.
Clients learn to regulate their nervous system, release emotional tension, and develop self-trust in their body’s wisdom.
I integrate EFT tapping to help clients release emotional blocks and reduce stress.
Building Practical Coping Skills for Daily Life

CBT & SFT techniques help clients reframe challenges, manage stress, and take concrete steps toward change.
Therapy focuses on actionable solutions, helping clients move forward with confidence.
Whether navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I provide tools that foster resilience and self-empowerment.

I want my clients to know that healing isn’t a straight path, and there’s no “right” way to do this work—only what feels right for them. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that healing, liberation, and self-acceptance are for everyone.

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about feeling, moving, and integrating healing into everyday life. I love bringing in mindfulness, movement, and creative expression because I’ve seen how powerful they can be for processing emotions and reconnecting with ourselves.

I’m also a certified yogi, and I believe in the power of movement and breath to help regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety in the body. But beyond yoga, I’m a big believer in self-care that feels joyful and nourishing—not just another task on a to-do list. That’s why I love pottery, crocheting, making jewelry, and dancing. These things bring me home to myself, and I encourage my clients to find what does the same for them.

I also want people to know they don’t have to do this alone. Healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. I’m here to hold space in a way that feels gentle, supportive, and free of judgment—no pressure, no shame, just space for you to be exactly where you are.

Most importantly, I want my clients to know: they are not broken. Every part of them—even the messy, complicated, or painful parts—deserves care and understanding. They are already whole, and therapy is just a space to help rediscover that wholeness. Healing isn’t a privilege—it’s a birthright. It belongs to them, just as they are, in every stage of their journey.
