I am a clinician at our Woodbridge, VA clinic who provides therapy services!

I look to work with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and with a wide array of presenting concerns. My focus area is the LGBTQIA+ community, people with Anxiety, and people working through concerns with social interaction. I love working with goal-oriented clients with a drive to improve their own quality of life.

I offer a wide variety of services and treatment modalities in order to optimize the outcomes of my clients. My predominant clinical lens is Person Centered Therapy, as I prefer to focus on rapport and unconditional positive regard for my clients. However, I also have a heavy focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems in my sessions.

I am honored to be the person who walks with you on your journey toward improved wellness. As a person who has been on both sides of the therapeutic process, I always focus on making sure my clients are getting the absolute most out of their sessions, and leave with new insights and motes of joy.
