I am a clinician at our Woodbridge clinic who provides therapy services!

I specialize in clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and/or autism. Often occurring with these diagnoses, I work well with boys and men with challenges in major transitions in life (school, transition to adulthood, career and relationship changes). I also enjoy working with children, adults, couples, and providing therapy for all types of relationships. My ideal clients want to be open and talk to someone in a nonjudgmental setting.

I believe in approaching everyone with affirmation, respect, and empathy, and that investing in mental health and nurturing strong relationships through therapy is one of the most rewarding steps one can take. I look forward to hearing from you!
