I am a clinician at our Annapolis clinic who provides therapy services!

If you frequently feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in a never-ending cycle, you are not alone! Our emotional health is key to leading successful and fulfilling lives. If you have feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, or if you have behavioral issues, or lack motivation, we can work together to manage these emotions. Our sessions will focus on helping you to make connections and learn healthy communication skills if your relationships with parents, school peers, work colleagues, or significant others are negative or non-existent. We can develop personalized tools for your growth that will help you to build your resilience to overcome any obstacle if you struggle with self-esteem, self-doubt, or gender and sexual identity concerns.

I am passionate about helping young people find ways to balance their academic and social lives. Being able to manage the daily social and emotional situations they face in person and online is an art. Transitioning from elementary school to middle school to high school and beyond can be an emotional roller coaster. adolescent development and young adulthood can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be.

Your mental and emotional health impacts all areas of our lives including our physical health. Our lives are constantly changing, situations will occur; it is hard to handle your own emotions while trying to support your children’s needs, manage your household, work responsibilities, and career changes, and maintain relationships. Counseling will equip you with the tools to be ready to face them in a calm, positive manner. As a team, we will create the best plan of action for you.

I offer evening and weekend hours in person and virtually to meet the needs of your busy schedule.

Even though you may not feel this way right now, you have unique qualities and strengths that we need to uncover and build upon. Therapy is a journey in which we will work together to develop individualized goals, interventions and strategies to help you process and cope with your current feelings. My goal for you is to feel understood, encouraged, and supported while learning to become the confident, empowered, and best version of you!
