Faith Wilson, LGPC, NCC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hello! I’m Faith Wilson, a licensed therapist specializing in supporting children, teens, and adults through grief, relational dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and racial trauma. I offer therapy services at our Bowie, MD clinic!

My work integrates somatic experiencing, EMDR, DBT, and movement-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their bodies and emotions. I create a supportive space where your experiences are validated, your voice is heard, and your story is honored.

Together we’ll explore emotions, relationships, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. Using somatic therapy, narrative work, and creative expression, I help clients build coping skills, resilience, and self-understanding. My approach is anti-racist and liberation-centered, honoring intergenerational experiences while supporting healing.

I know asking for support takes courage, and seeking therapy is a bold step toward your well-being. Your story matters, your experiences are valid, and you deserve a space to be fully seen. I would be honored to join you on this journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
