I am a clinician at our Woodbridge, VA clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal clients come from diverse backgrounds and often face challenges that affect their ability to feel grounded, connected, and hopeful. Many are children, teens, and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, behavioral issues, substance use, and more. They want to feel understood and supported in a safe space. As a clinician, I’m committed to growing and learning with my clients. I’m adaptable and value each person’s unique experience, approaching every case with curiosity, respect, and a personalized approach to healing.

I help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. I specialize in anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, Autism, ADHD, suicide ideation, and family conflict.
