Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical | Clinic Director

I am the Clinic Director at our North Bethesda clinic with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, clinical leadership, and program development. I am passionate about creating opportunities for healing, growth, and transformation for both clients and clinicians, guided by a commitment to whole-person wellness and lasting change.

As Clinic Director, I oversee clinical operations and lead a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, administrative professionals, and front office staff. I strive to foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, professional development, and clinical excellence where both clients and providers can thrive. My leadership approach is grounded in authenticity, mentorship, and empowerment, helping clinicians build confidence and deliver exceptional client-centered care.

In addition to my leadership role, I am a licensed psychotherapist who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. My clinical approach is relational, trauma-informed, and informed by attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic practices.

I believe healing extends beyond symptom reduction and should honor the connection between mind, body, and nervous system. As a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, sound bowl healer, and Reiki Level I practitioner, I integrate a holistic perspective into my work. Whether mentoring clinicians, supporting clients, or leading programs, my mission is to help people build resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and live more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
