Jasmine Gambino, LCSW, Clinic Director

Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Clinic Director

I am the Clinic Director at our North Bethesda clinic and a licensed psychotherapist who works with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment and somatic therapy. As a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki Level I practitioner, I value a holistic approach to healing. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, I provide a supportive space to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

I help teens and adults heal anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and life transitions through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-focused, holistic practices, somatic, and trauma-informed therapy that fosters lasting growth.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step often requires courage. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we can build resilience, and create meaningful change that helps you feel more confident and grounded in your daily life.
