Licensed Master Social Worker

My ideal client would be an individual who is in the aviation/aerospace career field (i.e. pilots, air traffic controllers, mechanics, flight operations). They can be anywhere in their career from pre-training to late career. Their issues can be from addressing mental health diagnoses to navigating important career/personal milestones. My ideal client may have goals to manage their symptoms and overcome adversity in their career fields and personal lives. Many clients may have the goal of obtaining their pilot, medical, and other Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certifications to pursue their dreams. They may want to address psychological and social barriers that keep them from their goals. My ideal client may be in military aviation/aerospace as well.

I am a military pilot with experience in Army Aviation since 2019. I understand the challenges and unique environment of being an aviator. Additionally, I am pursuing academic work in the behavioral health component of aviation medicine. As a therapist, I have experience working with different mental health diagnoses, connecting clients with appropriate services, and advocating for best care.

I am an Army veteran (8 years active duty, 6 years in the National Guard). I have been through several military flight physicals myself and understand the process. Looking to support the aviation/aerospace community by being part of the care team.
