I am a provider at our Arlington clinic who provides therapy services!

My Ideal client may have difficulty with grief, loneliness, managing serious mental disorder symptoms, fighting negative thoughts, anxiety and life transitions. I am passionate about working with clients that are willing to partner with me and willing to feel uncomfortable to begin healing journey.

I would like to offer clients a safe space to come as they are, discuss and identify emotions and circumstances that impacts their social, mental, spiritual and physical health.

I’m originally from Shreveport, LA. I enjoy hiking, experiencing time in nature and love my 11 year boxer pup. I’ve resided in the DC metro area for 14 years. I relocated to the area while serving in the Navy as a Corpsman. Upon separation from the military and life’s circumstances, I experienced identity crisis. During this time, I realized how I much I enjoy helping others. I began my social service journey by volunteering at soup kitchens, became employed by a community based program helping clients with serious mental disorders and afterwards, provided mental health support clients newly diagnosed and living with HIV.
