I am a provider at our Aldie clinic who provides psychiatric services!

I am passionate about working with various types of individuals. However, I have a particular interest in working with women facing multiple issues/concerns in their lives. I firmly believe in therapy working hand in hand with medication, and I am enthusiastic about using the best tools suited to each patient.

My strengths are building rapport and empowering my patients to participate actively in their treatment. I utilize a trauma-informed model of care to provide a safe and therapeutic environment. I enjoy meeting the needs of my patients in a holistic way that includes the body and the mind. This approach allows me to collaborate with my patients to reduce/resolve psychiatric symptoms. I maintain my advanced nurse practitioner credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in mental health.
