I am a provider at our Bowie clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I obtained my graduate degree in counseling psychology from the University of Baltimore, and my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.

I feel that everyone has the capacity to change and grow into the kind of person they want to be, and I am here to help guide you toward your goals and values, and through all the challenges of life. I offer first and foremost an empathetic, supportive environment to allow you to feel comfortable and open in discussing what you most want out of therapy and out of life. Together we can identify what you are looking for in treatment, the best ways to help you get there, and how to begin the process of putting that into motion. Therapy can be the first step in your journey of healing and self-discovery, and I look forward to being a part of it!
