McKenna Clark is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) at our Arlington clinic, who has a passion for providing safe and effective mental health care to adolescents and adults. McKenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at James Madison University and her Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration on mental health/trauma at the University of Denver.
McKenna specializes in treating adolescents and adults as they navigate through their stages of life and are struggling with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, trauma and adjustment. McKenna also works with the families of adolescents to provide support and treat symptoms holistically.
McKenna offers individualized talk-based therapy using a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI). McKenna has also completed formal training in MATCH, a Modular Approach to Treatment for Children with Anxiety, depression, trauma or conduct problems.
Outside of work, McKenna enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her friends, family, and her cats.
