- McKenna Hundley is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) at our Arlington location. She has a passion for providing safe and effective mental health care to children, adolescents and adults. McKenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at James Madison University and her Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration on mental health/trauma at the University of Denver.
McKenna specializes in treating children, adolescents and adults as they navigate through their stages of life and are struggling with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, trauma and adjustment and life concerns. McKenna also works with families to provide support treating children presenting with behavioral and/or attentional concerns.
McKenna offers individualized talk-based therapy using a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI). McKenna has also completed formal training in MATCH, a Modular Approach to Treatment for Children with Anxiety, depression, trauma or conduct problems.
Outside of work, McKenna enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her friends, family, and her cat.
McKenna is currently open to new clients of all ages and looks forward to working with you!
