I am a clinician at our Silver Spring, MD clinic who provides therapy services!

I work best with adults 18 and older who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality dynamics, or the complexities of being neurodivergent. My ideal clients are curious about themselves and open to exploring how past wounds, relational patterns, or unspoken emotions may be impacting their present.

I offer a relaxed, conversational space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to begin. My style is integrative and grounded in psychodynamic theory, attachment work, internal family systems, and somatic awareness, with practical support from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to name a few.

Therapy with me is about meeting you as you are: with warmth, curiosity, and no pressure to perform. I’m not here to fix you, but to walk beside you as we uncover patterns, tend to what hurts, and build a life that feels grounded, authentic, and aligned.
