I am a provider at our Columbia clinic who offers psychiatric services!

My ideal clients would be from 18-100 age range. Their issues would the diagnosis of anxiety, depression, trauma, and lack of support. Their needs would be support in professional guidance, coping skills, education and support, and community resources. Their goals would be to improved mental well-being, enhanced coping skills, while working on personal growth, and building relationships personally and professionally.

I can help them by empowering them to feel understood, supported, and empowered to take control of their mental health, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life. I am a psych nurse practitioner my specialty warrants a compassionate and understanding environment where they can address their mental health concerns. They will gain valuable insights that ultimately fostering a journey towards healing and personal growth.

My goal is to create a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
