I am a clinician at our North Bethesda, MD clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal clients are individuals and families facing the sometimes unpredictable challenges of life. They may feel blindsided by an unexpected event or stuck in a cycle. They are seeking a safe, supportive space where they can be truly heard. They want a steady presence alongside them as they process emotions, space to heal, and support to build resilience. They’re looking to increase stability, strengthen relationships and or build new ones, and confidence to navigate their unique challenges.

I offer a supportive space where clients can share what’s on their mind and feel genuinely understood. I walk alongside them with compassion, honoring their strengths and creating a safe space where they feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward their goals.
