Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I am a provider at our Columbia, MD clinic who offers psychiatry services!

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over a decade of clinical experience in both primary care and behavioral health. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. My foundational nursing education began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia.

With a specialty in both family medicine and psychiatric mental health, I am uniquely equipped to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mind and body. Currently, I manage pediatric and adult mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Having served clients in the DC/Maryland/Virginia metropolitan area since 2013, I also support clients who may benefit from additional support services offered throughout the community.

As a board-certified nurse practitioner, I am committed to delivering the highest standard of care and supporting your journey toward optimal health and wellness. My care approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practice—centered on treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
