Licensed Professional Counselor – Resident

I am a clinician at our Reston clinic who provides therapy services!

I work with clients from different backgrounds who have experienced PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, or have questions related to their gender identity, are from diverse cultural backgrounds including immigrants and refugees, have parenting, marriage, and relationships issues, or seek neurodivergence-affirming care.

I have an extensive educational background and experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. I also specialize in individual and couples counseling and provide therapeutic services for a wide variety of mental health conditions and developmental challenges.

I approach therapy from a place of compassion, curiosity, and openness and integrate a wide variety of effective therapeutic methods in my work with clients. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients through compassionate guidance, nonjudgmental stance, and objective feedback so they can overcome their most pressing challenges. I also support my clients to focus on personal growth and progress by capitalizing on their unique inner strengths and embrace positive, joyful, and fulfilling life experiences to reach their fullest potentials.
