I am a provider at our Reston clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I am an empathetic listener who cares deeply about my clients and their success. I work collaboratively with clients using a strengths-based approach. Together, we decide on the best course of treatment, at your pace. Because many factors influence mental health, I take a person-in-environment approach to looking at issues and their solutions, always in collaboration with my clients.
