I am a clinician at our Silver Spring, MD clinic who provides therapy services!

I support clients navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions, using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions to help them reconnect with resilience, process challenges, and thrive through culturally affirming care.

I provide culturally affirming, trauma-informed therapy, supporting clients, especially from marginalized communities, to explore identity, generational resilience, and emotional wellness. I help those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their unique journey. I look forward to supporting you in exploring your identity, healing from challenges, and building empowerment and I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
