Hello! My name is Taylor Noem, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker at our Alexandria clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I received my MSW from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and graduated in May of 2022. I have experience working with children ages 5 to 18 and am currently working with adolescents and adults whose ages range from 20 to 50. I utilize various therapy modalities in my work such as CBT, Trauma-Informed CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques while working with my clients. I believe that our thoughts are powerful in how they influence our perspectives, our relationships, and our lives. My goal is to ensure my clients have a space where they feel heard, safe, and a place to grow.
