Tracey Cain is a provider at our Alexandria clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. Tracey holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and undergraduate degree with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is licensed in Virginia.

Together, we will sort out challenges that come along the way, gain a better understanding through insight, and empower you to live an authentic and fulfilling life. We learn and grow in the company of a support system. Through CTS-TRE, Certified Trauma Specialists & Resilience treatment we can gain the skills to heal trauma in an educational setting.
Utilizing a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, we can work with many modalities of therapy and customize sessions, so that you can fully open whatever thoughts and feelings arise through this experience. Through resilience work, we can focus on our emotional, cognitive, mental, physical, and spiritual resilience to enhance our quality of life.

In my free time, I enjoy Pilates Boot Camp and Animal Rescue.
