I am a provider at our Aldie clinic who provides therapy services!

I specialize in neurodevelopmental or anxiety family disorders. My clients’ goals may look like building therapeutic or coping skills, gaining insight to their troubles, or self actualizing.

I utilize multiple modalities including: systems-based mapping, ACT, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and somatic-based therapies to uniquely address the unique concerns of every client I have. I specialize most in insight-oriented therapy with skill-based adjunct services to improve self-determination and sustainability for clients.

I am an open mind filled with curiosity looking to do my best to help all I can, whichever form that help may be wanted by another. I am continually learning and growing my skills and perspective to help others master control of their lives and nurture emotional openness.
