My ideal therapy client is someone who is genuinely open to personal growth and committed to the therapeutic process. They are receptive to feedback, willing to explore new perspectives, and capable of reflecting on their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This client may be navigating a range of challenges, including difficulty focusing, low self-esteem, symptoms of depression and anxiety, and struggles adjusting to life transitions or significant changes.

They are not expected to have all the answers, but they possess a willingness to engage in honest self-exploration and take actionable steps toward positive change. Their goals typically center around improving emotional well-being, enhancing self-understanding, building resilience, and developing healthier coping strategies. They value a collaborative therapeutic relationship and view therapy as a safe, supportive space to gain insight and create meaningful, lasting progress in their lives.

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to meet each individual where they are, tailoring therapy to fit their unique needs and goals. I draw from both person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches—fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on empathy and trust, while also helping clients develop practical tools to challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to reflect on challenges, build on strengths, and take meaningful steps toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and lasting change.
