Our Aldie team is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and Spravato®. We offer in-person services, and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.

The insurance plans listed reflect acceptance across Columbia Mental Health as a whole. Acceptance varies by clinic, and a listed plan may not be accepted at every location. Our Aldie clinic is conveniently located off of Rt. 50 and Stone Springs Blvd across from Stone Springs Hospital Center. We’re less than 30 minutes from both Leesburg and Gainesville and our location services the entirety of Loudon County.
If you’re coming from the east on Rt. 50, turn onto Gateway Village Place, take a right onto Southpoint Dr, and find Columbia Associates at 24560 Southpoint Dr Suite 260. If you’re coming from the west on Rt. 50, turn right onto Stone Springs Blvd, left onto Millstream Dr, and left onto Southpoint Dr.
