Regional Operations Director, VA/DC/MD

Kelly Anderson is our regional operations director. She specializes in strategies harmonizing processes, people, and technology. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, is a current master’s candidate for health care administration, and is currently working towards her ACPME board certification. She is a driven healthcare administrator with a proven background in leading operations and setting high standards for client engagement.

Prior to joining Columbia Associates, Kelly held corporate acquisition and development leadership roles in diverse industries at companies that include DaVita Kidney Specialists of Fredericksburg and Northern Florida Kidney Care. Her 20+ year career extends across business strategies, organizational development, operations, learning strategy, and information technology.

As the regional operations director, Kelly partners with market leadership to ensure exceptional customer service for clients and providers. As a member of the regional leadership team, Kelly coordinates and supports the integration of existing and newly acquired clinics working towards efficiency and growth. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children on their farm.
